C | 　　专家表示，从时间上看，2月19日出现今年第一次强对流天气，比往年偏早近一个月；从频次上看，当前正在经历第9次，较历史同期年平均3.6次的统计，显著偏多；从强度上看，目前西南地区东部、江南、华南等地的多个省市都曾记录到10级以上，局地甚至达12级以上的致灾性雷暴大风，部分地区出现了小时降水量超过100毫米的短时强降雨，还有一些地方出现了5厘米以上的特大冰雹。　　气象专家介绍，冷暖空气交汇或遇到一定强度的大气扰动，低层的暖湿空气就会像热水一样“沸腾起来”，引发剧烈的强对流。今年春季这样高频、高密度的极端强对流天气，在往年春季较为罕见，主要是因为当下冷暖空气交汇频繁且“势均力敌”。　　国家气象中心强天气预报中心副主任蓝渝称：“今年春季，影响我国的冷暖空气都异常活跃，而且最关键的是它们实力相当，在西南地区东部、江南以及华南这一带它们长期维持和反复拉锯，给强对流灾害天气的出现提供了比较有利的条件。”　　专家预计，随着冷空气南下，4月21日和22日长江沿线的降雨和强对流将明显减弱，但受冷暖空气对峙影响，华南北部一带强降雨持续，广东北部会成为降雨核心区。　　气象部门提醒，由于广西东部、广东中北部降雨持续时间长，累计雨量具有一定极端性，局地可能发生山洪或地质灾害。
